The enclosed front porch has another full-size sleeper sofa, as well as extra chairs, board games, and books for your enjoyment.

There is a full bathroom downstairs with walk-in shower, and radiant heated flooring.

There are plenty of mirrors, vanities, and closet space, as well as space to store luggage.

There is an extra refrigerator and freezer in the garage, both of which you will have access to. There are also two bikes, a game of "bags" or "cornhole," depending on where you are from. Kayaks and a paddle board upon your request.

The Fontana Beach is only a short 5-8 minute walk from the property. We will provide the passes, beach bag, and towels.
